THINK BEFORE YOU CLICK! ☮

Surfing the Internet has its good and bad advantages. In just a click away, you get to feature websites, online games, organizations, clubs, eBay and any other site that you eventually visit. Many users are online every day, people from work, school or at home. We are free to access our Internet in order for us to browse through things that we consider difficult to find. It’s whether in homeworks, researches, activities, blogging or surfing the net for games. People get to express stories, experiences and self-compliments through the use of the Internet.

But many people don’t know that browsing, blogging; posting can lead to such danger or conflict. It starts with a single post or blog, and the minute you know it someone may not find your post or blog worth considering. That goes with the saying “You can’t please everyone”. It is true. Because we people are different in so many ways that we can’t just have all the common interests as the others. What we are posting online can lead to harm, danger or worst even death. Many online users find it irresistible to not post from their daily lives. The most famous websites that are recently viewed every single day is Facebook and Twitter. Some use Instagram for posting photos that are related to what has happen during that day and some use Tumblr for posting pictures, songs and even notes.

☑ People love posting. Somehow it’s more of like a need for people. It cannot be avoided easily because many believe in the words “Free Will”. Free will to post what you want, to say what you want and not even care what will be the result of that post. People often post because they want their friends or the public to know what is going on in their lives. But they don’t know that someone somehow may want to take advantage in the information you post online.

SO BE SURE TO BE AWARE! You should THINK BEFORE YOU CLICK! Why? Because you don’t know every person in the world, you find it good in posting your private information and letting people know where you are, what you’re doing, where you’re working, where you just ate breakfast or by simply where you actually live. The worst part is many people are hard to please, they don’t accept things the way you want them to. Not everybody likes to know every single thing that’s going on with you. There are some information’s that need to be kept to oneself. If you really like posting it then put it on “Private”. Not everything about you we actually need to know. You have a personal life just like others. Don’t ruin your safety or your privacy by not thinking before you click or post.

BE RESPONSIBLE enough to know what you are posting online. Don’t take anything for granted. Because little information about you can get to a Bigger problem. Think of what would be the result if you keep on posting these things that people don’t find worth knowing.

☑ WHAT YOU POST CAN BE USED AGAINST YOU. It can be a photo of you that can be edited online and they could or WOULD write ghastly things about you. By just posting you can put your family in danger.

BE SMART enough to know what you are posting or sharing online. Somehow a post can take one life from people. It can be in the form of Cyber Bullying or by simply teasing a person online. You don’t HOLD the life of every user in the World. Be sure to start with yourself. You have to Think before you Click!

THINK BEFORE YOU CLICK! A friendly advice from me. :)
